Positive Therapies combines Positive Psychology and Person Centred Psychotherapy.  This combination is designed to explore how you can move from where you are now into living flourishing, happy and fulfilled lives.  It moves on from traditional Counselling and Psychotherapy practices to include looking at the positive aspects of you.  Therefore it allows you to get to know and understand yourself at your most authenticity.  The real you that is behind negative experiences and thinking.  It will explore the aspects holding you back like traditional Counselling and Psychotherapy, but it will also  focus on building on your strengths, wellbeing, resilience and positive emotions, to allow you live a more meaningful and purposeful life.
